3. KYC & Account Security

Access to the SidraChain mainnet requires successful identity verification through KYCPORT.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Only one account is permitted per human user to ensure network decentralization.
• Submission of fraudulent identification documents will result in a permanent ban.

4. Limitation of Liability

SidraChain provides blockchain infrastructure "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and security, we are not liable for losses resulting from user error, lost private keys, or third-party network interruptions. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, code, and content on this site are the intellectual property of SidraChain. Unauthorized reproduction or "mirroring" of this portal for phishing or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.
